LACHLAN FLEMING - CHAIRMAN
Born and educated in New Zealand and formed an international consulting company providing thirty years specialist design, implementation and operation of Payment Systems for Central Banks and Core Banking systems for larger commercial banks, primarily in ASEAN countries but including China, Mongolia, Albania, Venezuela and others. Has been based in Hanoi for the past twenty years and has worked periodically with the State Bank of Vietnam for a total of 5 years and, with two others, created a successful fintech start-up in the Vietnam Mobile Payments sector.
NGUYEN CAO TUAN - DIRECTOR
Studied at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Obtained PhD in Physics at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. Initially worked at Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology in the field of new magnetic material research. Later moved to work at VNPT and a number of fintech companies, including Banknetvn (NAPAS) and others. Has extensive experience in the field of electronic payment services and compliance to the applicable laws and regulations in this field in Vietnam.
NGUYEN TUAN LONG - GENERAL DIRECTOR
Studied in Hanoi graduated in Civil Engineering (Roading). Worked as a member of the Project Management Team for several road construction projects in Vietnam. Later worked in the spare parts department for an international vehicle dealership. Joined a small group of private investors to invest in residential urban real estate. Has travelled extensively in Europe and has completed market liaison work for an industrial machinery importer in the Czech Republic and for livestock health monitoring in Vietnam.
TRAN THI DIEM BICH - CONSULTANT
Studied in Hanoi at National Economics University, majoring in Corporate Finance. Previously worked as Marketing Manager for a Vietnam startup company. Has experience working in an NGO nurturing startup projects.
